Runescape extra XP

I was wondering what are you guys going to use your bonus exp to do this week end? I'm going to level my herblore, it is by far my lest favorite skill, and has been for a long time, I should be getting about 10-11 herblore levels, I'll still be no where near level 99 herblore, but at the very least it is an improvement.

So I put some money down on that, also I'll be using what ever time I have left once I've exhausted my herblore supplies to string some more of my flax, see if I can get beyond 70 crafting, which has long since been another one of my least favorite skills.

Those are my plans for the bonus experience week end, I'll post what ever pictures I can at the end of the week end, or if I can find the time between herblore and crafting.

Magic Levels

One of the things I didn't make clear on my last 99 fletching blog was what I do when I alch, but I think it a good idea to let you guys in on it. its really very simple.

First I close combat, teleport, and skill spell tabs. I also make sure that my spells are sorted by level.

Example:
Next I put what ever I'm alching at the time in the third spot in my inventory like so.

Example:

Then i put my mouse directly over the farthest edge of the high alch spell what this allows me to do is click, the high level alchemy spell and the tab switches over to my inventory, I can click the Yew Longbows I'm alching without having to move my mouse at all. So I can get the alching done as quick as possible.

Level 97 fletching

Big screen shot this time since I don't have anything to write about.

Road to 99 fletching

I thought I would go a little bit more in dept with what I'm doing, I know its nothing new but I like it because I like to feel like I'm multitasking while I play runescape, so for 99 fletching what I did is I Bought 28K total yew logs, flax, and nature runes. when I started

The logs are for making yew long bows which alch for 768gp the flax are for crafting exp when I'm done I should be around level 70 crafting, and the natures are for alching the yew longs. I decided to do yews because it worked best with the multitasking style that I like when I've finished my magic level should be somewhere around level 87 which is nice but the cake is that I can alch the yew longs at a profit.

Yew long alch for 768gp each
Yew logs I bought for 350-400gp each I paid 350gp
Flax sell for 75-78gp each I paid 78gp
Nature runes sell for 118gp each

So I make a nice 222gp Profit for every bow I craft and alch. Plus all the extra exp I'm getting along with it.

65 Crafting

So as I said in the first post I'm working on 99 fletching and I'm going to post the levels as I get them, but why not post everything as I get them, so here it is 65 crafting.

Its not a fletching level but since I string my own flax, I will be getting crafting levels as well.

going to get 99 fletching

So I've gotten back into rune scape recently, and my god has that game changed since I was in school. So I thought I would blog about what I'm doing, which in rune scape isn't much of anything but, why not. So I picked up where I left off when I quit and I started working on getting 99 fletching so here is the first mile stone on that road.
